Please note that the Conference Centre will provide to all attendees a free access to Wireless Lan during all the Conference. Connection details will be included in the conference packet given on site.

  • Oral Presentation
  • Please bring your presentation on a USB key to the technical assistant in the conference room 30 min before your session.

  • Presentation format
  • The computers will be running the Windows XP operating system with Office 2003 installed. Presentation formats accepted are:
    - Microsoft Office Powerpoint 2003
    - PDF 1.4
    - OpenOffice Presentation ODP (.odp)

  • Length of contributed and invited oral presentations
  • Contributed oral presentations are 20 minutes long. Please design your presentation to take 15-17 minutes, leaving 3 to 5 minutes for discussion. Invited lectures are 30 minutes, including time for discussion. The conference schedule is busy, and we invite all speakers to strictly observe their allocated time.

  • Poster Presentation

  • Poster Format
  • - Poster boards are 84,1 cm wide (33,11 in) x 118,9 cm high (46,81 in) corresponding to A0 format.
    - Poster boards provided have a cork backing that will accept drawing pins/tacks or similar fixing materials. These will be provided on site.

  • Location and Timing of Posters
  • The two poster sessions will be organised so as to allow discussion at one or other session of half of the posters each time. However, all posters can be displayed as from the beginning of the conference (Sunday early afternoon, September 21st) and they can remain on display through to Wednesday, September 24th. A map of pre-assigned poster locations will be included in the conference packet given on site.

  • Exhibition

  • Goods/parcel/exhibit material delivery to the Palais des Congrès Conference Centre
  • - Please label your goods using the “IDENTIFICATION FORM for DELIVERY & REMOVAL” slip.
    - Goods can be delivered starting on Friday 19th. The Conference centre opening hours are 9.00-12.00 and 14.00-18.00. Just let us know at what time you expect to arrive, so the Conference Centre crew will be available to open the gates.
    - The Conference centre has a regular forklift for a maximum merchandise size of about 1m x 1m and with an approach ramp to access the interior.

  • Regulations for Exhibitors
  • All Exhibitors must indicate their agreement to the Regulations for Exhibitors required by the Palais des Congrès Conference Centre. Please dowload the Exhibition Regulations, Terms and Conditions here, and return the signed document to the organisers by:

  • Booth set up and fittings
  • - Setup
    You can set up your booth on Sunday 21st morning, on site from 9.00 to 12.00. All exhibition materials should be removed after Wednesday 24th 14.00.

    - Furniture/fittings (no extra-charges)
    . Basic Pack: walls for posters, 1 table, 2 chairs, French electrical plug connections (220 V AC)
    . Extended Pack:If there are any special furniture requests please let us know by email by September 2nd at the latest, so we can have it available on time (supply will depend on availability from the supplier).
